根據AMOS金魚CSS介紹，撰寫CSS reset及語法參考網站筆記
css reset
將所有預設的外觀都設定為一模一樣，即為歸零。
在尚未使用css reset時，使用*{}選取器
在之前使用*{ margin:0; padding:0; } ，但是 *{ } 選取器會選取整個網頁所有的標籤，會影響網頁速度。
